The Phoenix Film Festival is just around the corner, and we are excited to announce a fantastic lineup of LGBTQ+ films that will be showcased at this year’s Festival, Thursday, April 4th – Sunday, April 14th.

The life of a disciplined high school athlete begins to unravel when his queer identity competes against the idea of who he was supposed to be.
Playland
A raucous work of queer fantasy and history, Playland conjures a time-bending night in Boston’s oldest and most notorious gay bar.
Days of Happiness (Subtitled)
Naïlle enters Emma’s life after she re-evaluates her professional and personal relationships with a demanding partner. The cellist and single mother offers Emma a new family dynamic.
Summer Qamp
At a camp in rural Alberta, queer, non-binary, and trans teens get to just be kids in a supportive space, surrounded by counsellors who can relate to their experience.
Chuck Chuck Baby
Helen lives with her ex-husband, his 20-year-old girlfriend, their new baby – and his dying mother Gwen. Her life is a grind, and like all the other women she toils with at the local chicken factory, is spent in service of the clock.
