If additional services are requested or deemed necessary, Advertiser agrees to be held responsible for payment of the additional cost incurred. Advertiser is responsible for final ad approval by the deadline, the Pride Guides® known as the publisher shall not be held responsible for errors, image/language rights and no type of refund cash or other given. 6. Refunds for errors or omissions on the publisher side will only be made as credit towards future advertising.*
